GuestGPT was born out of a deep understanding of the hospitality industry's challenges—rising guest expectations, limited staffing, and the need for instant, seamless service. Our founders, with backgrounds in AI and hotel tech, saw that while large chains could afford automation, independent hotels were left behind.

In 2022, we set out to change that. We believed that AI-powered concierge service shouldn't be a luxury reserved for five-star brands. Every hotel deserves the ability to offer instant, personalized guest support—from room service to late check-outs—without expanding their front desk team.
